Kul IN Ablana

We had dinner at the hotel and it was a lovely experience, especially watching the sunset from the balcony. Breakfast had only a few choices, but there was enough to get the day started. We were upgraded to a superior room with a sea view and balcony. It wasn’t large, though it had all the essentials and that endless-looking sea view. Friendly, professional service and a unique location with incredible views make this feel like a hidden gem. There was a strange smell when we first entered the room, though it didn’t seem to come from the sewers. We stopped noticing it later.

Our host welcomed us so warmly and shared helpful advice about places to visit. The rooms were comfortable, with balconies where we could watch the sunset. The location is breathtaking, up on an old brick tower above the tiny village of Jablanac. This hotel is amazing.

We were stranded in Jablanac in winter after hiking the Premuzic trail, and needed somewhere to stay. The hosts kindly took us in, and we were lucky enough to get the biggest room for the price of a three person room. The view from it was amazing. Even with us as the only guests, they put on a buffet breakfast, and they offered us a ride out of town so we could catch our bus. You can tell they care about their work and enjoy it. Would recommend.

We had a great stay, but I can only give three stars because the EV chargers weren’t working when we arrived. They had confirmed by email that chargers were available onsite, and the website also says so. Luckily, we’d charged enough to make it back, since there aren’t any EV chargers nearby.
