That quiet, family-friendly atmosphere is a big part of why we keep coming back. This probably isn’t the place for a weekend party, and we appreciate how much care the hosts take to keep things peaceful and respectful. There’s no loud music or late-night noise, just cicadas, a sea breeze, and kids laughing in the pool. The swimming pool and lounge area are beautifully kept, safe, and inviting for adults and children. Our daughter loves being there, and she’s grown close to Alen and Sanda’s polite, cheerful children over the years. Even with the language barrier, they play together every day, making up games and finding easy ways to communicate. It’s heartwarming to see that friendship deepen each summer. We’ve stayed at Apartments AS Jezera with our family several times, and each trip has been a highlight of the summer. The apartments are spotless, cozy, and exceptionally well equipped, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. Our spacious terrace overlooks the sea and is our favorite place for morning coffee and relaxed dinners in the evening. Alen and Sanda are warm, welcoming hosts who make every arrival feel like visiting old friends. Their kindness and care for returning guests mean a lot to us. For longer stays, it’s especially convenient. I work in IT, and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi and peaceful, uplifting setting make remote work easy without feeling cut off. I can write code on the terrace, answer emails by the pool, or take a refreshing swim between tasks. It gives you the kind of work-life balance many IT professionals dream of. The beach is a 7-10 minute walk away, with clear water that’s great for swimming and snorkeling. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and a scenic seaside promenade are also within easy walking distance. The spacious private parking is simple to access, which helps when traveling with kids or carrying luggage. It’s a lovely place for a peaceful family holiday, a working retreat, or a break from everyday life, with Croatian charm, natural beauty, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a really peaceful stay here. The place was spotless, and being up on a small hill meant there was a nice breeze on hot days. The sea is about a five-minute walk away, with the beach around ten minutes away. The hosts even grilled fish and shared it with all the guests.

The location is ideal, just a few steps from the center. Our apartment was super clean and one of the largest we rented on the trip, and the pool was amazing. We could use it whenever we wanted, and the kids could swim with an adult supervising or play in the playground nearby. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ☺️

I chose this place for the pool and barbecue, but I wouldn't stay here again. On the first day, we were told the pool could only be used quietly, and the owners shouted very seriously at our children. I understand having rules, but the aggression and malice were upsetting, especially since we were very quiet guests. The owner also took away the grill grate, so we couldn't spend time outside. The apartments are very clean, but we didn't have a nice stay. I don't recommend it. I'm sure I can find a friendlier place for this price.

There are olive trees everywhere, and the hosts are friendly. The center is about a five-minute walk away, with a shop, bakery, and bars there. It's around ten minutes to the beach along a nice road, and there are lovely wild beaches nearby. The pool is nice too.
