We’ve visited several times and keep enjoying our stays. The sea is lovely, and there’s plenty to explore, from the unusual hills to taking a boat trip to the nearest island. The water used to be clear enough to see the bottom farther from shore. Water shoes are probably a good idea because you could step on a sea urchin. Primošten has lots of shops; many can be pricey, though some food markets and tourist shops have good quality goods at surprisingly good prices. We’ve liked being here and would probably come back.
