The host is incredibly nice, and the place is clean, high standard, and well stocked with everything from kitchenware to bikes. There are two nice beaches nearby, one 250 m away and the other 500-600 m away. A great place to enjoy Croatia!

We had one of our best holidays here with our kids and friends. Kanica is a lovely, peaceful village, and the neighbourhood around the house is quiet, so there's plenty of privacy. Two excellent beaches are only 2-3 minutes away, with restaurants and bars. Villa Basic is roomy and exceptionally comfortable, with everything new and very well equipped. The owner is kind and helpful. Out back, there's a spacious terrace with a barbecue where you can relax in the shade, and the upstairs terrace has a beautiful sea view.

The owner provided lots of details that would normally be up to you to arrange. The house is beautifully situated with a lovely view, and has all the amenities for an enjoyable holiday, plus more. Fantastic, clean, fresh, and spacious. Simply superb.
