I booked a separate room for two nights during a mid-October visit to Károlyváros. It’s a quiet, pleasant little place with a modern look, and the host has decorated it with lots of thoughtful little touches. Thanks again! :-) Lidl is nearby, as is the bank of the Kupa River, and a short walk gets you to the bus station.

We’ll definitely come back. The apartment was beautifully equipped and perfectly clean. We recommend booking here to anyone visiting Karlovac.

The host was friendly, and everything was clean and perfectly arranged. Even the fridge had beer and apple juice waiting. Really, everything was just perfect.

We stayed in the Happy apartment just as a stopover on our way south, and it worked perfectly for that. The price was right, and the apartment was beautiful with a very nice host.

Parking was available in the yard, and the apartment had all the everyday things you might need on a trip, right down to disposable slippers, an umbrella, and shampoo. It was great, very clean, and especially comfortable for us winter-worriers because the central heating kept every room super warm. The host was kind and explained everything, and even let me leave the car in the yard for a few extra hours after checkout. Highly recommended! 😃
