For what it costs, the room is good. The hosts are welcoming and nice.

The family welcomed us in a simple, friendly way, and we could choose between the two rooms when we arrived. They’re on a lower level, almost like a basement, though each room does have a window. The room and bathroom were a good size. There’s no air conditioning, but our room stayed cool, and the mini fridge came in handy for chilling drinks in the hot weather. Parking is available on the property. The village is very quiet, with restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy about a 15-20 minute walk away. Ivana was consistently responsive and easy to communicate with. We asked for an early check-in and appreciated that it was granted. A few small things weren’t quite to my taste: the pillows were too high, the curtain let in the morning light, so the room was bright at 6am, and the bed creaked when we moved. I recommend the place.

Everything was there to make a road break comfortable: towels, blankets, a kettle, coffee, and tea. The owner was kind and helpful, and the place was quiet, clean, warm, and smelled fresh. A fantastic stop on the journey.

The meadow view is lovely, perfect for having coffee and looking out at nature. It’s a quiet spot near Karlovac, and the owner is friendly. The room is nicely decorated and clean, though it has a slight damp smell that I could put up with. From the guest book, I gathered that quite a few Poles stay here; we even had Polish neighbors. I recommend it.
