Maria, the owner, had a lovely dinner ready for me when I arrived, then made coffee and breakfast the next morning. Everything came fresh from her garden. The owners are friendly, and the place is clean and cosy, with lovely walks nearby and incredibly beautiful, quiet beaches.

We felt so well looked after by Maria and her husband, and we’ll always remember them and our time on Kolocep Island. The island is stunning, almost like paradise, and Dubrovnik is just a 30-minute boat trip away. The return fare was 48 kuna, or €6. I’d highly recommend it!
