The bed was super comfortable, and the place had everything we needed. The host was great and communication was easy. We were just steps from the old town gate on a quiet street, with a view over Korcula's rooftops. Highly recommend!

We stayed for three days at the end of November, when it was 5-15 degrees outside, and the room was cold. I had booked a room with three beds, a wooden floor, a regular-height ceiling, two large windows with a view, and heating. On the day we arrived, the host switched us to another unit without showing us what we'd be getting. In her message she said it was bigger, warmer, and more comfortable, and assured me it wasn't a downgrade. None of that matched what we found. The apartment was one poorly insulated attic room with tiled floors and a very low ceiling. We hit our heads on it countless times. The heating had been turned on, probably just before we arrived, but the AC inverter struggled to warm the place. The walls and tiles were freezing, towels were damp from condensation, and the bed linen, if those cloths can be called bed linen, was damp too. When I complained, the host said she'd slept there "when temperature was minus." I guess that was for free. I paid for this a couple of months in advance. Very disappointing. If it had simply been warm as promised, I wouldn't have bothered writing a negative review. P.S. No wonder they have great reviews if the host insults you for telling the truth. After reading my review on booking.com, she called me stupid.

House Dijana's location is its main selling point. It's right at the edge of the Old Town, so we could walk around and explore whenever we wanted, including at quieter times. We stayed for three nights as four people, two couples. Dijana was kind enough to lend us a parking card for a nearby shopping mall, and we met her but not her mom. We booked a Double Room on the second floor of a shared building and a Studio Apartment on the third. The Double Room was just right for two, though there wasn't much room for luggage. Guests in the Double Rooms share a kitchenette and washing machine nearby. The Studio was huge, with its own balcony, bathroom, kitchenette, large dining table, plenty of shelves and wardrobes, and two sofas that were comfortable to sleep on, in addition to the double bed. It also looked out over the port and sea. Everything in both places worked well. We really enjoyed the stay and only wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved the apartment's location in the heart of the old town, close to the taxi boat, port, Beach Zakerjan, Sunset Point, restaurants, and a free parking area. Beach Zakerjan was lovely for a refreshing swim, with a beautiful view, and the city walls offered welcome shade in the hottest part of the day. Even though we were so central, nights were quiet and restful. The room was clean and well kept, with tasteful decor, distinctive wall art, exposed natural stone, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a fridge. There was plenty of space for clothes and drying towels, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The private bathroom had a powerful shower. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the washing machine and iron were handy for a longer stay. We also appreciated the bright hallway stocked with island maps and brochures for planning our days. Korčula has so many beaches to discover. We visited Bačva, Pupnatska, Žitna, Orlanduša, and Lumbarda, where there's a sandy beach. St. Anthony's Monastery was also easy to reach by car. The view from there was breathtaking, and the peaceful feeling of the place was special. Being near the taxi boat made it easy to go island hopping to Vrnik and Badija. We arrived to a place that felt like home, and the apartment had everything we needed. This was one of our best stays in Croatia, and we fell in love with both the apartment's location and Korčula. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again. We honestly couldn't find a thing to complain about.

The host took time to point us toward his favorite local places and things to do, which I appreciated. The room is well priced and very well placed, with a lovely view of the water and cathedral. The hosts were very nice, and the location is amazing. The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi. It wasn't great, and I could only connect when airplane mode was off. I'd recommend staying here.
