The camp felt calm and relaxed, which worked really well for a family holiday. Our house was lovely, newly furnished, clean, and practical, and it sat in the shade of pine trees close to the beach. The shallow way into the sea and the safe surroundings were great for children. Reception and camp staff were very friendly, especially the woman looking after the houses. She was so helpful and kind, and even let us check out late. We’d happily return, and recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful break in a nicely kept setting, with or without kids.

Vezira, the hostess, deserves special praise. She goes out of her way to make guests happy and is worth her weight in gold. Wonderful!

Getting to the sea is easy, and the location is excellent. The houses are fairly new and have good kitchen equipment, though some spots could use more cleaning and a few small repairs. Most of the campsite seems to be taken up by long-term campers, so some views aren’t very attractive. The promenade outside the campsite is a dump. On the beach, try not to look right across the water, where there’s a refinery on the opposite shore. At least there’s no smell from it.

We had all the amenities in our house, though getting to it, number 9, felt a bit odd. The campsite itself is a little ugly.
