We stayed for two weeks and had such a good time that we’re planning to come again next year. It’s a very kid-friendly place, and getting around with a stroller was easy, which made the holiday much simpler. We had our 3 month old baby with us, and our 4 year old played in Mini Club with Katarina and Jelena from Uragan animation. We could also use all the facilities and activities at hotel Excelsior. Our apartment in the villa was spacious, with a balcony and a great view. There were lots of plants around, and the swimming pool was very nice. The location is perfect, near the center and convenient for getting around. I’d definitely recommend it for families!

The apartment was spacious, the service was good, and it’s close to the beach. We could use the indoor pool at the nearby hotel, and the value for the money was good. Finding the place is the main challenge since check-in is at hotel Bristol. Parking isn’t ideal either, so I recommend booking it upfront.

The photos make it look great, but the reality was catastrophic. The staff were totally uninterested, service was very bad, and they didn’t respond to complaints. At check-in we found broken glass under the sink and on the floor, plus an extremely dirty toilet seat with a “disinfected for you” sticker on it 😂😂😂. The pool looked like a fishing pond, with dark green, yellow and brown water full of algae. The indoor pool at the hotel wasn’t representative either. It’s too expensive for the quality offered and no longer worth visiting. Avoid it!

If money doesn’t grow on paper you print yourself, don’t even think about coming to this hole. There’s no elevator, room service comes only once every four days, parking isn’t free, and breakfast isn’t included. None of that was made clear during the reservation. Bed choice.
