We went with more than 10 people, including kids, and everyone found something they liked at the Sunday open buffet. There was a good selection of soups, cold and warm appetizers, salads, pastas, meat, and other main dishes. The deer hamburger and deer steak stood out as especially interesting. The staff were very helpful, and the place is child-friendly, with plenty of room for kids to play safely. There’s parking, plus a lovely walking path along the lake. We only came for food, and a reservation is needed.

The welcome and food were outstanding, and the prices were more than affordable. It’s a beautiful restaurant by a small lake and woods, where you can watch deer running around. I went for lunch and didn’t book a room, so I can’t speak from experience about the accommodation, but if it’s like everything else, I’ve no doubt it’s great. This place is a must see. Hope to visit again soon.

The natural setting is great, with lots of outdoor sports courts for kids and parents. But I was really disappointed that the food wasn’t local as you might expect, it came from wholesale stores.

The food was excellent, from breakfast to evening meals, and the hotel, grounds, and setting are beautiful. Snjezana and her staff made us feel so welcome. The hotel is tastefully decorated with lovely antique furniture and carefully picked items. It was a fantastic experience and a great place to discover Croatia. I can’t wait to return.
