We spent 10 days unwinding here before taking the ferry to Italy. The hostess was very kind and gave us space. The house sits in a historic olive grove, and the quiet setting makes it a great escape from city bustle. There are rocky beaches you can reach by ferry or bridge, and exploring the island is a real highlight, with beautiful views along the way. I highly recommend it.

We stayed about a week and I felt right at home, which is unusual for me since I’m quite picky. I’ve never seen an apartment this clean and homely in Europe. It’s spacious, lovely, and well equipped, with a terrace overlooking the sea. The water is an easy walk away, though the way back includes a small hill that took us a few days to get used to. The area itself is beautiful and perfect for relaxing.
