The trip was completely spoiled by loud music playing all night from the busy restaurant and bar directly below the apartments. We weren't warned about the noise when we booked, which was completely unacceptable. The bed slats were broken, causing one side of the mattress to sink right down, and staff could easily have seen this when making the bed. We also found small shower gels in the bathroom that had clearly been used and weren't replaced before we arrived. We had paid for a balcony and sea view but had to stay in a room without either. After I explained the price difference between rooms, we got a partial refund. They hadn't offered one, so we had to push for the money back. The apartment with the balcony was a decent size.

At check-in they turned us away, refusing to accept my wife's 11-year-old daughter even when we offered more money and explained that we didn't need an extra bed. It was an unforeseen family situation, and they left us homeless in August with our baby and the 11-year-old. The owner seemed unable to believe a couple might have a few beach days with an 8-month-old baby. There was no empathy, only prejudice. Just incredible. Run from this place.

We spent New Year's Eve in the apartment. It was tidy and looked like the pictures, but the air conditioning had a problem. I contacted the owner, who ignored the message, and it still hadn't been fixed by the end of our stay.
