The balcony has amazing views, which make up for the hilltop location. You’re close to the beach, but you’ll need a car to get around. The apartments are good and reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Enjoy!

I’ve never stayed in a worse apartment. It feels like a horror movie, and it’s about 2 kilometers from the beach, almost on Biokovo mountain rather than in Makarska. Getting up there is a climb, and the parking space is so narrow that you need to be a very skilled driver to get in. Inside, the furniture is cheap, the bedding is torn, the TV doesn’t work, and the internet is terrible when it works at all. There often isn’t any connection. There are hardly any dishes, the towels smell damp, and the apartment is dusty. There’s no shampoo or toilet paper in the bathroom. I put up with all of this because I only had to stay one night, and I couldn’t wait to leave. After I posted a bad review on Booking, he sent threatening messages on viber, saying he’d send some of his guys to my home. I reported him to the police. Stay well away from this disastrous room.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the barbecue area was dirty and inaccessible. Our room wasn’t clean, either, and many of the photos didn’t match what we had booked. The apartment is up a very steep hill, and the closest beach is more than 800 meters away. We didn’t feel comfortable there. Other vacationers we spoke with felt the same way.
