Villa Adria is a good base if you're out sightseeing most of the time. It's close to Dubrovnik, with a bus running every half hour just below the place, and sits in the heart of Mlini, near plenty of interesting places. The terrace is nice, the rooms are clean, and the basics are all there: a fridge, bed, air conditioning and bathroom. The furniture is old, but the price is fair and the offer is honest. It has a cozy, grandma's-place feel, and the amenities are within a decent walk. Just be ready for stairs. For globetrotters, it’s a great deal and, to me, the best rental in the neighbourhood. If you're after luxuries, though, this isn't the place.

The apartment for four was very clean, with a great balcony view. Ms. Ana was kind and helpful. It's well placed near a bus stop, and many lovely beaches, both big and small, are within walking distance. I recommend it.
