The balcony has a sea view, and we could enjoy it even from bed. The village is beautiful and small, set on a hillside, about 10 minutes from Sipar beach, with a steep climb for the last 50m. The bathroom is a bit small but equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioning helped cool the apartment on hot summer days. There's a place to sleep, and the owner speaks several languages and is kind and helpful when answering questions. I'd recommend it for sporty travelers. Opatija, Luvran, and Rijeka are easy to reach.

The view is wonderful, with the Adriatic Sea and the mountains both visible at once. It's a bit of a climb, so you should be reasonably fit. I'm 62 myself.

The bay view and peaceful setting were lovely, and the hosts were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are plain but clean, with TVs and free Wi-Fi that can be a little slow. There’s parking for guests, too. The beach takes about 15 minutes to reach on foot, though the uphill walk back is a bit of a workout. Apartments on the first floor aren’t all the same size; the larger one works fine for a family of four. The kitchen is basic, but has enough for making your own meals.

We were welcomed so warmly, and the balcony gave us a great view. The rooms are roomy, and the location suits you if you don’t mind a short walk. It really gave us that lovely holiday feeling.
