Davor was a great host, and the kitchen was better equipped than the basics, with good-quality pots, pans, and utensils. The studio is compact but works really well, with plenty of room to eat or get some work done.

The place we stayed was exactly what we booked and was really nice. It turned out to be less than a 50-meter walk from the address we were given, and the owner quickly came to take us there after the woman at that address called him. Since they run a few apartments nearby, it’s a good idea to keep the WhatsApp, text, or phone details handy so you can head straight to the right spot. After that, the service was excellent and the price was good value. The area is quiet at night, with shops and restaurants close by, and the historic center only a few minutes away on foot.

The host was so welcoming and helpful, and even left us fresh fruit and soft drinks for free. The place itself was clean, simple, and cosy, just a five-minute walk from Split’s historic center and close to the old town. Highly recommend it!

A clean place to sleep, wash up, and head out, especially suited to couples. It’s about a five-minute walk from the main areas. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

The place was lovely, really clean, and the host was great. It’s in a good spot too. The bed wasn’t ideal, though, and I could hear a lot of noise from outside.
