We had a lovely time here. The apartment was clean and comfortable, close to Split's center and to Marijan forest park and its nice beach. Ivan was a friendly, welcoming host. Thanks!

Everything we needed was there, including air conditioning, and the apartment was very, very clean. We'd definitely stay again on a trip to Split.

Great host and a great place. Take an Uber to downtown.

The apartment had a comfortable bed and a lovely garden, though there weren't any sunbeds or loungers. Ivan was super friendly and easy to reach by text or phone, and gave us lots of information about the area, restaurants, and beaches. Marjan Park and Split Old Town are each about a 15-minute walk away. The bus stop is two minutes away; bus 11 gets you to the city in 15 minutes and costs €2 per person. When there's no bus, an Uber is €5. There's a bakery across from the bus station and Lidl is a five-minute drive away. We could also use two decent bikes, and several lovely beaches are just a few minutes away by car.

The hosts were really friendly, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the old town.
