The neighborhood is quiet, and the apartment has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine. The sea is very close. Zadar is about a 30-minute drive, while Nin takes around 10 minutes.

The sea is only about 150 meters away, and I’d definitely return. For a little more than the average price, you get a lot more. The comfort was outstanding, and the standard was well above other apartments nearby. Every detail had been thought through, from reasonably fast Wi-Fi to dishwasher detergent. The garden had a barbecue, an umbrella, two lounge chairs, and even a drying rack with clothes pegs. Inside, the living area had a comfy sofa, free satellite TV, and a table for eight. The kitchen came with a kettle, microwave, fridge, oven, and dishwasher, plus there was a washing machine. Upstairs were two large double bedrooms and one with bunk beds. The living area and bedroom both had air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and electric shutters. I stayed in one of the apartments for a short August break, and it was a shame I couldn’t give it more than five stars.

House 1 Rosso was a great fit for the four of us, though it wouldn’t work for eight unless two people slept on the sofa. The place was new and very well kept, and the check-in and instructions were friendly. There are two bathrooms with showers and toilets, a small one downstairs and a larger one upstairs. A washing machine and drying rack are provided. There’s a grill for barbecuing, but no patio table, just three garden chairs. The dining table can easily be carried outside. Coffee is made with a filter machine or moka pot, and there’s no German TV. Parking is in front of the house. The village shop also sells tobacco, and the beach is lovely and quiet in September.

The staff were easy to reach and very helpful. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, and the place was clean and in very good condition.
