Hotel Park

I travel for work and personal trips and stay in hotels around the world, so this was a particularly disappointing experience. The hotel’s response to a misleading listing felt unprofessional and unacceptable for a tourist destination. I booked and paid for a suite advertised very clearly with a lake view, but the suite had no lake view. When I asked why a nonexistent feature was being sold, I got no apology and was told the apartment I’d booked never had a lake view. I sent a screenshot showing that my reservation said “lake view.” Staff or management still didn’t apologize for advertising and charging for something that wasn’t there. Instead, they tried to tell me I was wrong and said they’d ask booking to remove the listing.

There’s nowhere to plug in a phone by the bed, no soft covers, and the mattresses creak. They charge €2 for a small bottle of water, yet can’t provide basic comfort. I wouldn’t come back.

The bed-and-breakfast price is good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, though, and the rooms feel about right for a three-star place. Parking at the hotel costs extra.

I was here with a folklore group, and most of the time I just slept and had drinks at the hotel. Still, it was great. Best hotel!
