Aminess Younique Gaia Green Villas

The villas were clean and had enough room, with a small kitchen. Lots of trees and greenery around them gave nice shade from the sun. The staff were helpful and pleasant, though the nearby beaches get quite crowded.

The reception team made us feel so welcome, many thanks to the girls there. The brand-new mobile villas had all the amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, and a great terrace. It’s pet friendly, with lots for kids to do and direct access to the sea.

Gaia Green Villas seemed more like a hostel than a hotel or villa. The rooms were gloomy and dark, built with very cheap materials, and several walls had stains. Beds and mattresses were uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny, and I kept bumping into the shower walls. With the humidity in the rooms, towels never dried. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily, which made the place feel even less like a proper hotel. It seemed to me that “sustainability” was being used to justify cutting back on basic cleaning and service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Miss Alma and her team went out of their way to make everything easy and pleasant for us. We loved the whole area, which is on a lovely hillside near shops and restaurants. Aminess Gaia Green Villas is dog friendly, about an eight-minute walk from the beach, and has different kids clubs too. Highly recommend it!
