We stayed for three nights and four days in mid-August, during high season. For what we paid, this was one of the best stays we've had. We got there well before check-in, and reception offered to hold our bags while we went to the beach. Lucja took my number and called while we were swimming as soon as the room was ready, which was much earlier than the regular check-in time. She also told us we'd been upgraded to a fifth-floor suite with a sea-view balcony, apparently the best option. The hotel and room were clean, and the furniture looked quite new. We had half board and were pleasantly surprised by the food: there's a seafood evening on Fridays, with what seemed to be the usual selection on the other two days. There was plenty of choice and the food was good quality. Drinks, including beer, wine, juice, and water, were included. The coffee wasn't great, but that was a small thing. All the staff were friendly and smiling. When we had a problem with the balcony door, someone from maintenance came about ten minutes after I called reception. That says a lot about how they look after guests. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price.
