Despite all the hassle, the apartment itself was clean and in good condition. But it's not suitable for young people at all, since the owners are extremely sensitive to noise. We couldn't spend time on the terrace during the day because music, conversation, sneezing and even the bathroom fan bothered them. We kept having to move the car, despite being entitled to a parking space for the week. The four of us eventually stopped using the apartment during the day to avoid arguments. Guests are explicitly not allowed. It's a shame, because we work hard for our money and couldn't really enjoy our vacation. If they only want guests over 60, they should say so on the website.

The neighborhood is quiet, and both the beach and bakery are 200 meters away. The apartment is beautiful and modern, comes with everything you need, and was a great price. The owners were friendly and helpful.

We came to enjoy our vacation, not to make trouble or argue, but with these hosts it felt unavoidable. They're unfriendly and extremely sensitive to noise: no sneezing or laughing after 10:00 PM, and apparently no going out or sitting on the terrace either. You're constantly watched, whether it's what you're doing, where you've parked, or whether the furniture is still in good shape. They collected all our personal information when we booked, so why accept us if young people aren't welcome? This isn't cheap accommodation, and young people deserve respect too. We work hard for our money.

The apartment had what we needed, and the landlords were friendly and spoke excellent German. The weak point was the Wi-Fi: it was extremely slow when it connected and very unreliable.
