Apartments Palma Novalja

We recommend these apartments. The host was great too.

We arrived to find the apartments already occupied, and the tenants assaulted us verbally and physically. The units were shabby and run-down, and the managers, who had already been paid, wouldn't sort out a solution. I strongly advise against this place.

We've returned for five years in a row and always have a great time. The owners are wonderfully kind, and the value for money is excellent. The owner always shares fantastic tips, too. We often bring friends along. Palma has free parking, which is invaluable in Novalja, and the location is perfect. Evenings on the terrace or balcony are no problem as long as everyone behaves respectfully. You can book without hesitation! Greetings to Robby and family... Sandra and Franco 💟

We booked through an agency, but the apartment we'd paid for had already been given to someone else. When we pointed this out, the owner yelled at us and was verbally and physically abusive. She took our bags without permission and threw them outside. We were left waiting for hours with no help or solution. There were nine of us left without accommodation. We found out a four-person apartment was available and asked if at least four of us could stay there, but we were mistreated again and even people who did have apartments in the property were denied entry. The agency employee who came to help was rudely sent away too. In the middle of this awful, surreal situation, a little girl, probably the owner's daughter, asked us for food and kept trying to play with us while we were stranded outside. Her parents said nothing. I strongly advise against staying here.
