Lumada - 3Bedroom Apartment with Pool

The owners are so kind and helpful, and the apartments have everything you need. The location is fantastic. Highly recommend 🤗🌊🇭🇷

We spent seven days here and would love to return. The apartment was modern, very clean, and had what we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s in a great spot, peaceful but still close to the town center, the beach, and Zrce Beach. Communication with the host was excellent, too. Thanks for being so welcoming!

We paid €4000 for 7 days, and I can’t recommend this place. The house was very clean and we were welcomed warmly at first, but the sleeping setup was wrong for our group of eight: a double bed was put in the living, dining, and kitchen space, with no alternative. By day two our clothes and sheets smelled of cooking and were greasy. There was no extractor fan, and the owners didn’t explain. The kitchen had very little in it, not even a whisk or spatula. It took 15 minutes to heat water on the stove, and with the oven running we could use only two burners before the fuse blew. We got a few dishwasher and laundry tablets, enough for one wash every other day. The “private pool” was shared with three other houses and cleaned daily. We felt watched, since camera footage was reviewed every day even when there didn’t seem to be a reason. Swimming after 9 pm and drinks by the pool weren’t allowed. We were also warned for playing music quietly after 11 pm. The owners lived next door, so in my opinion there was no privacy. One day we forgot our key; the landlady reacted quickly and let us back in. Still, it’s odd there was no code or fingerprint entry, especially as the hostess said this had happened three times already. After 1 am, as a kind of “dare,” we walked somewhat provocatively through the empty streets. The owners showed up right away, acted unprofessionally, messaged us that we had a mental illness and no manners, and locked us inside like we were on a school trip. We apologized the next day, but the owners, who seemed overly sensitive, didn’t. There are surely nicer villas in Novlaja. I’d give it 2.5 stars. The earlier points are why I don’t think the price was justified.

Everything was perfect, except the shower sadly wasn't designed for more than 4 people. GG
