We were harassed, ignored by staff, and accused of damaging a couch that was already broken when we arrived. Luckily, we had photos to show that. The apartment manager was rude and unprofessional, and seemed to be under the influence of drugs. The deposit was €50 per person when we arrived, then we were told it was €100. We got no receipt, and at checkout they refused to give it back, then walked away without explaining. They laughed and joked about what was happening. The checkout dragged on while we were trying to catch a flight, and they left us waiting in reception. It felt like they were stringing things out because they knew we had to leave and might have to give up the deposit. Avoid this place. If you stay, get the deposit details in writing and ask for a receipt. Take photos when you arrive to protect yourself. Don’t trust them.

Great spot for families, friends, or anyone after some fun or a chance to relax. The place and the people are great. Highly recommend it!

The room had plenty of space and two balconies, and was okay apart from the problems. Both bedroom air conditioners were out, so sleeping was uncomfortable. They also charge a fee if you don’t take your own rubbish out. The sheets we got were dirty, stained, and had holes. When I asked the young man at reception for clean ones, he seemed not to believe me until I showed photos. The replacement sheets were stained too. There was only one key for four of us, which made things really impractical. When we asked how we’d get in if we returned separately at night, the same guy said to leave the door unlocked because nobody would come in. That was irresponsible, especially with reception usually unattended, since anyone could walk in from the street. Later, two of us went out while the rest of us slept with the door locked. The guy promised to let our friends in at night and told us not to leave the key in the lock, which we didn’t. When he came to open the door, he tried one of the two keys on the ring, the wrong one, then blamed us for leaving a key inside. That simply wasn’t true. He told our friends “Good luck!” and walked off, leaving them stuck in the hallway in the middle of the night. It was his mistake, so why treat people that way? That guy was easily the worst part of the stay, rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. We were always polite and respectful, so we have no idea why he treated us like that.

We always choose the optional breakfast. It’s a family hotel with large apartments and rooms, plus a big outdoor pool. There’s lots of space around it with deckchairs, and you can pick a sunny spot or one in the shade. There’s a jacuzzi too.
