I stayed here for a week, and the experience was genuinely traumatic. The beds and sheets were disgusting, and they gave me and all my friends acne. There were strict pool rules, including no jumping because of a supposedly broken water pump, and a surveillance camera filming the entire pool area 🤢. I'm disgusted and will never return to this awful apartment. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly, especially the Serbian guy. He charged us €50 for a broken plastic part of the fridge that costs €10 at most in shops, plus €20 for one broken glass. I want my money back for the horrible, disgusting stay, and I'd give zero stars if I could.

The kitchen equipment and the apartment furnishings in general weren't adequate. The staff, especially the caretaker, were also very unfriendly. They charged us €50 for a broken plastic freezer drawer and €20 for one glass, which was way out of proportion to the damage. Our stay at "MamaHouse" was terrible. I can't recommend the place and would give it zero stars if I could 👎👎

The hosts were just perfect, and the apartments were spacious, very clean, and well equipped. There's a beautiful pool, too. Highly recommend Mama House for a great holiday!

Spacious, clean apartment, and it's close to both the beach and the center. Great place.
