The apartments are small, but they do the job, and the pool is nice. The location worked well for us. There are quite a few rules, though the owners are friendly.

We really enjoyed the evening walks along Novalja's promenade, and the town stays lively both during the day and at night. Villa Petra & Sanja is also handy for everyday errands, with Plodine, Tommy and Konzum nearby, plus a pharmacy and drugstore. The nearest pebble beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with several other beaches in the area. The villa worked especially well for a family holiday. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean, well kept and stocked with the dishes and appliances we needed, including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and hairdryer. They changed the bed linen and towels once a week. We also appreciated having the pool for hot days and parking on site.
