For the horrendous price, I’d give it zero stars. There was no refund for any of this. The pool water was dirty, and we found several glass shards in it after one of us stepped on one, even though we’d been told the pool was cleaned. Planks stuck up from the floor by the pool and on the balcony, making it easy to get hurt. There were exposed cables in the apartment, mold in all the bathrooms, a malfunctioning fridge, and a broken backdoor hinge. The main entrance wouldn’t lock, and we had to use three different keys to get into the apartments. The kitchen didn’t work properly, one bedroom had no sun blind, and the AC wasn’t working right on one floor. We also found screws, dirt, and stubs in the soil.

The house owner should take care of some basic essentials. The toilets are moldy, there are no window blinds in the bedroom, and the air conditioning performs poorly. A few simple repairs would make the place all right.

Honestly, this was terrible. After travelling around 30 hours or so for a holiday in Zadar, with plans to go to Zrce beach, we arrived, paid the money and deposit, then saw how filthy and broken the apartment was. For what we were paying, it was disgraceful. The owner tried to negotiate a move to the apartment next door, but we said no. After about 30 minutes of back and forth, he finally agreed to return the money. We went back to Zadar and found a proper apartment for what we were going to pay here. Honestly, avoid this place at all costs.

This apartment felt like a fraud. Be careful if you’re expecting a few relaxing days. The AC, pool, and internet weren’t working, and the Whirlpool water was dirty, just a few examples.
