Aminess Vival Lišanj Family Hotel

We came in late for dinner, and the room had dinner boxes waiting for us, packed nicely and with more than enough food. That was a lovely touch. The hotel also works well for families, with two heated indoor pools, saunas, and a jacuzzi. Everywhere felt clean and well cared for, and the meals were fresh, tasty, and full of choice. The staff made us feel welcome from the start, always smiling, kind, and attentive. The whole seaside stay was relaxing and wonderful. I'd return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a joyful break by the sea. Thanks for a memorable visit!

We had a very pleasant winter stay with the kids. The room was great and had a perfect view, and both the pools and children's playrooms were clean. The food was amazing, with plenty of choices for picky kids and lots of desserts. Staff were great too. One thing to keep in mind: the fun club and other activities aren't open on Wednesdays.

The food was good, with a nice selection that included an option for children and a vegetarian choice each evening. The playground is nice too, though, like the rooms, it has quite a few broken or worn things. Our room was clean, but showed clear signs of decay, with the curtains, wardrobe doors, and TV broken or not working. The pool is tiny, perhaps enough for 15 people, and has at most 10 sunbeds. The animation team seemed more focused on schedules and opening hours than on the kids, and weren't kind to our children. One evening was a big disappointment. I expected more from the kids' club, and the mini disco was very poor too, usually the one thing that makes kids' club worthwhile. At a good price, it might work if you think of it as a three-star hotel.

The staff were nice, the food was good, and everything went smoothly. Our kids enjoyed the activities, including lots of Halloween programming, though it was aimed more at younger children. We also got a free upgrade to a balcony room with a sea view. Recommended.
