Luxury Apartment Okrug Gornji With Sea View and Pool

Please be careful about renting this place. The condo didn't match the listing or what we expected for the price. We booked through a very reputable hotel chain and got our check-in time from Direct Booker, the on-site management company. When we arrived at that time, nobody was there and there were no directions for opening the lockbox. Both phone numbers they'd given us were out of service. We rang random doorbells until a neighbour answered. Luckily, she knew the cleaning lady and got us the code. The pool was a disgusting green sludge, with a plastic bag floating in it. There was food stuck to the table, a hole in the sheets, and socks stuffed down at the bottom of the bed. The whole place was kinda grimy, and the towels were thin and old. There were no instructions about Wi-Fi or check-out. I found the password by searching through drawers and coming across an old service contract. We emailed Direct Booker and our main hotel contact several times. They said Direct Booker would get in touch with a resolution, but we never heard back from them. It felt like they were just waiting us out until our 4 nights were over. In the end, the hotel chain gave us a 15% refund.
