At first the owner was very friendly, but this basement flat was awful for a family with kids. There were cockroaches and lots of mold in the AC, and there wasn't a window to open, like being in a basement 😔 We stayed just one night, then had to quickly find somewhere else, but were charged for two nights 😔 I don't recommend this place. Maybe the other flats upstairs are nice, I'm not sure, but this basement one isn't good.

Dijana was kind and helpful, and quick to reply to calls and messages. The apartment is quiet and suits two or three people looking for a peaceful holiday. It looks just like the photos, with a beautiful, clean, well-designed interior, and the air conditioning works perfectly.
The owners were friendly and reliable, and the apartment had everything we needed for a good holiday. It's a lovely place with a pool, and a quiet stay despite being only 20 min from the airport. Trogir is 10 min away and Split 40 min, so the location works well for excursions.
We had a great week there with the family, with peace and quiet, a pool, the sea, air conditioning, and lovely modern spaces. Anja let us stay before check-in, which we really appreciated after the long trip. Everything was perfect, and we'll come again.
