Apartment Slado

We only stayed briefly, but the room was still a disappointment. It’s tiny, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. The cooking area is cramped and poorly equipped, and we had to go to the local gym to turn off the taps. We did like the small balcony, the air conditioning worked well, and the beach is nearby, but there wasn’t much else positive to say. Calling this room a three-star stay feels like a stretch, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless there’s really no other option. We’d called the service provider half an hour before arriving, but got no answer. The girl who lives there and her dad were kind and tried to help us.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with working air conditioning and pretty good Wi-Fi. The beach is just across the street, and it was manageable for a few days. We had rooms facing the busy road, though, and didn’t get a full night’s sleep. If you want peace and quiet, choose rooms overlooking the courtyard. Parking outside is somewhat limited. The kitchenette has basic pots and plates, but no non-stick pans.

We had a great vacation, and communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was clean, newly and nicely furnished, and our room faced the courtyard despite the building being on the main road. The beach is a short walk away, with shops, bakeries, restaurants, and the historic center close by. Thanks, we had an amazing time.
