The quiet evenings and uncrowded setting made this a relaxing place to spend a few days with friends. The villa is right by the beach, and our room had an amazing view. The beach has a concrete surface, but it’s private to villa guests, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The restaurant is right there too, handy for getting a drink while you lounge. Food was varied and good, and the homemade šurlice with shrimp is well worth trying. The waitress and other staff were kind and helpful. Our room was simple, clean and air-conditioned, and breakfast came with the price. Rijeka Airport is about 15 minutes away, and the villa staff can arrange transport if you ask. The airport is tiny, so arriving an hour before departure is enough. Walk uphill for lovely views and a good photo spot, then continue into Omišajl’s old town, with its narrow streets and historic houses.

September was pleasantly uncrowded. We had tasty food at the restaurant and breakfast, and parking in the backyard was easy. Sunbeds are set out in front of the property, right by the sea.

The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, with great coffee, and we also enjoyed the food and drinks at the restaurant. The place itself is fantastic, and we had a really peaceful, relaxing stay. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming. Thanks so much for the warm hospitality. We’d happily come back, and recommend this B&B and Omišalj to anyone looking to unwind.

Matija, the owner, was so friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Villa Eva & Pipo in Omišalj was clean, comfortable and well equipped, just right for a relaxing holiday. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island.
