Villa Gaj

The room itself was a reasonable size, but we had to put on the pillowcases ourselves. Water from the air conditioner flooded the floor, and we had to mop it up. During our five nights, towels were replaced just once. Breakfast was served in another building about 300 meters away. It was limited and there was no variety. The surroundings are very quiet, with no restaurants nearby. Parking is also short, and street parking can get you fined. For the service we got, the price just doesn't feel justified.

We slept well in comfortable beds, though some bedspreads were worn and had burn holes. The shower rail had come away from the wall, and its anchors hadn't been fixed back in place. There are clothes racks instead of wardrobes, and the balcony is tiny. Breakfast is served in the next building. The pool has a lot of chlorine. You can't park in front of the hotel, and the lot is about 500 meters away.

The harbor location was lovely, and the welcome was incredibly warm. We even had dinner there that evening, and the prices were very good. Our apartment was really nice and had a balcony. Breakfast was served at a restaurant about 100 meters away, and they made it just for us before the usual time. There was loads of it, including a great omelet and everything else you'd want. It's a short walk to the airport. A one-way taxi ride costs €20.

The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and working air conditioning. It was missing towels when we arrived, but the lady brought some over while they were still drying. There wasn't any shower gel either, so we used the hand soap. The location is a great base, and parking is free.
