We chose well for our stay in Opatija. It's a quiet spot and a good base for exploring this lovely city. The apartment was comfortable, tidy, clean, and well equipped, and Ana was very nice and helpful with everything.

We spent 12 days at Ana's with our dog Emma, and we both felt comfortable there. The garden was wonderful, and although Ana lives on the same property, we still had our privacy. She was always around if we needed to ask something. She gave us a very warm welcome, and the accommodation was beautiful and clean. Ana is such a friendly, warm person. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

We loved the apartment and the gorgeous garden and terrace, and our large Rhodesian Ridgeback was welcome too. Ana made us feel right at home from the start, even putting a bottle of wine in the fridge for my boyfriend and me. The place was clean and just as described. Ana was attentive throughout. She explained the best routes and even brought us mosquito repellent after we got bitten in the garden. She's a truly kind and wonderful woman. The location is superb: around 3-5 minutes on foot to the big supermarket or beach, five minutes to a cozy bar, and 5-10 minutes to the town center with its shops and restaurants. Our highlight was the dog beach, about a 20-minute walk away. Dogs are allowed almost everywhere, which makes this place well worth it. Thanks, Ana, for a wonderful vacation. We'll be back!

The owner was pleasant and helpful, and the accommodation was clean. I'd highly recommend it to anyone planning a summer holiday in Opatija.

We stayed for three days and had a really good time. The owner is a lovely, friendly lady who was very helpful. There's also air conditioning, which is a big plus. It feels almost like having a private beach: go down 150 steps and you'll reach a beautiful little beach with clear water.
