We only stayed for about 20 minutes before leaving to find somewhere else. The apartment had a strong musty smell, a dirty sofa, stains of unknown origin on almost every chair, and mold in the shower cabin. I won't even list everything. We paid €470 for 4 nights, in the middle of November. We reported the issues to Booking and sent photos, but they decided we weren't entitled to a refund. Thanks for the €10 compensation out of €470. The next day, although we still had the apartment keys and had already paid, our stay was cancelled on the grounds that we “did not show up,” and we were told to return the keys. I hope you have more satisfied customers in the future.

Everything felt clean and fresh, both inside and out. It's a nice, secure place with private parking, lots of privacy, and close to everything. The owner was helpful and positive. Recommended.

I was in Opatija for business, and the yard parking was a big plus, especially with all the congress hotels nearby. The accommodation is right in the center but off the main street, so nights are quiet. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, and the landlady was kind and helpful.

We spent a week in Apartment Roko this year. It was clean and practically furnished, and we really appreciated being able to use the washing machine for free. There's a balcony, and the apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Opatija, but without the traffic or bustle coming through. Elizabeta was always reachable, and communication was very straightforward. We highly recommend it.

The hostess was so friendly and helpful, and gave me great tips for restaurants and sights nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with modern furnishings, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. We had a wonderful stay. It's in a perfect spot, central but quiet, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
