The one real plus was the private parking. The apartments were safe and comfortable, with enough storage, appliances, and kitchen utensils, though only two burners on the four-burner stove worked. The terrace was just cement and felt unsafe. I paid €10 for a pincho, with the price explained when I arrived, and then found dog poop all over the place. In Croatia, you can get much better accommodation for €40 in a more convenient area. Neither the city center nor the sea is within walking distance.

The patio and scenery were lovely, and there’s a shop nearby, but getting around without a car is really hard. The kitchen had good equipment. The breakfasts we paid for were delivered in the fridge and only covered three days; nothing was replenished during our six-night stay. There was no hot water in the morning. Three stars for the view and patio.

The apartment had plenty of room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast was simple: toast, cheese, ham, jam, and fruit. The walk to the beach is quite long, and the way back takes longer because it’s uphill. That didn’t bother me, though.

The host was attentive and the location was excellent, though the amenities were basic. When I visited in July 2022, the apartment really needed renovations. They shouldn’t have been put off any longer.
