We had a great view from the balcony, and the host was friendly.

The rooms were very dirty, and the actual conditions did not match the offer. There is no parking, and the nearest beach is 1.1 km away, about 16 minutes downhill and 35 minutes back uphill. The owner was very unpleasant. After canceling the reservation, she charged a no-show fee even though we had arrived, which I described as a criminal offense under the “Slander” article. She also refuses to return the deposit under any circumstances. I filed a complaint on Booking.com.

The apartment had no air conditioning, which was a disaster, and its conditions and amenities were completely unlike the description. My wife booked with Ms. Lucija through Booking.com for July 6, 2025, to July 19, 2025. We were shocked when we arrived, but unfortunately had no chance to cancel. We're now trying to file a complaint. Getting a car in and out is very difficult: there is no parking, so you leave it on a sloped slope. The beach is a quick 15-20-minute walk down, but getting back takes 40-60 minutes and the climb is very strenuous. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I let the lady into my car after she caught up with me above the steep descent. I had a dog bowl with me, and it disappeared after she got out. Coincidence? Bah! The location is very inconvenient, with a steep way down. Driving there was scary, and I burned out the clutch. She insisted we get out, and I even believed her, but somehow we managed to get back up. She said people drive Mercedes-Benz cars there, though with that location and distance from the sea, I doubt people with money would choose it. Someone like that damages the reputation of Croatians, who are wonderful people.
