We found a clean, modern apartment with everything we needed, within walking distance of a market and a short drive from a nice beach in kastela. The real reason I’d book with Dejana again, though, was how she helped us after we arrived without a reservation. She had no space for us that first night, so she called FIVE OTHER APARTMANTS to find us somewhere to stay. Dejana and her family were wonderful hosts. That kind of help is why tourism in croatia is booming. I’ll book her apartment on my next visit, and you should too. Thank you, Dejana!

I was heading back from a business trip without a plan for the night, and needed somewhere to stop in Plano. I spotted the phone number on the building and called. The woman picked up, hurried out with the key, and had her car behind the gate. It was all sorted in five minutes. 5/5.

You’re greeted even if you arrive late, and there’s parking, air conditioning, a kitchenette and a roomy terrace. It’s also close to the airport. The terrace is bare, though, and the wind and dust made it unpleasant to sit there. The property is in an open area beside a dusty, busy road, so I wouldn’t let children explore the apartment on their own. You have to use stairs to reach the parking lot, then walk along the road. The apartment itself is minimal and doesn’t feel cozy. I’d see it as a one-night place to stay.
