The Guesthouse Loncar is in a quiet, private spot, with a fantastic view of the Korana river. The lakes are very close too.

The animals around the farm really made the stay feel like a True Balkan experience. There are dogs, cats, and chickens, and probably plenty of other friendly little animals roaming the hills. At night, the watchful dogs keep them at a distance, and I could hear them working away tirelessly. Rooms Loncar is a simple, genuine holiday house where you can enjoy the land and nature without any “cosmetic enhancement.” It’s clean, peaceful, and friendly, with the basics at a fair price. The cozy hospitality was lovely. Thumbs up for family Loncar! 😊 We visited inland Croatia off season and found wonderful sights and remarkable deals.

Such a warm, friendly place. The people share what they have, including homemade bread and free ranged eggs. And there’s Wi-Fi too, so you can share your photos!

The hosts are really nice, and you get an amazing view from right above the national Park. Just be prepared for the road up there, and for the rooster to wake you in the morning.
