Everyone working here was smiling and really service minded, and they even let us check in at 3am. Call the hotel ahead to let them know if you need that. We had a great stay, with professional service and a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and looked good. The hotel is old but still has its charm, though the door and shower felt dated. It's a very good budget hotel. Breakfast tasted great, even if the selection was small. Thanks!

The staff are kind and really nice, but the hotel itself is old and hasn't been renovated. Its location is handy, about halfway between Split and Dubrovnik. Ploçe itself, though, doesn't have anything at all.

We weren't staying at the hotel, but Concierge Andrea was great when my family and I arrived looking for somewhere to eat. She suggested Teta Olga and even called to reserve a table for us. The service was so good for non-guests that I imagine staying here would be great too.

The hotel management was terrible. In mid July, during peak summer, half the rooms didn't have working AC. We only found this out after checking in and contacting them about it. Staff said the AC had stopped working around 6pm that day and would surely be fixed the next day at the earliest. We tried to cooperate, trusting that it would only be one night, but that turned out to be the biggest lie. It was never fixed the next day, and despite asking several times, we still weren't given a Ventilator/Fan. We had to stay in a room at ~40C. The hotel was fully booked, with around 40-45 people dealing with broken AC in peak summer, and management didn't even care. The buffet runs until 10:00am, but several items are never refilled after 08:30am. Staff just said they were OVER!! This was our WORST nightmare vacation stay at this hotel!

The hotel sits in a beautiful place, and the service and cleanliness were really good. Just be careful in the washrooms, since none of them have locks, which is common in Croatia 😀😀.
