Really excellent.

There are plenty of little swimming spots and tucked-away coves nearby, so it never feels too crowded. A small beach bar is an easy walk away, and the bus stops right outside and runs every 20 minutes, making it simple to get to Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The pool is great for a refreshing dip on hot days, and the whole property is clean and well looked after. We were warmly welcomed, and the very friendly hosts gave us useful excursion tips and were always available for questions. Highly recommended.

The owner treated us to delicious homemade wine, salads and more, despite a misunderstanding about the cooking facilities. The aparthotel is beautiful, with stunning views across a lovely bay near Dubrovnik. There’s a good bus connection to the old town, and the pool and garden are lovely and very clean. Highly recommended.

The bus stop opposite the property is a real plus, with an easy 20-minute ride to the center of Dubrovnik. Still, I won’t remember this stay fondly. I was there for three nights with my children, and the owners made it clear through their reactions to any loud behavior that they didn’t want children there because they disturbed them. They also made things harder by closing the pool and hiding bacteria, and seemed very bothered when the kids played in it. Pool toys weren’t allowed, either. There are lots of prohibitions, the atmosphere feels tense, and whenever you step onto the terrace or in front of the house, you have to “visit” to check whether everything is alright. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if you want somewhere where both guests and children can feel comfortable. The vacation ended on a bad note, and I filed a complaint with Booking.com.
