Good location and a very friendly owner. You get what you pay for, and I'll come again.

The WiFi was really weak.

The hostess was very kind, and the location was excellent. It was quiet, with no traffic noise, and the beach was about 500-600 m away. For what you pay, I think it's fair. We had a triple room of around 12-13 m2. It had a fridge and air conditioning, both in excellent condition, which mattered most to me. The bathroom was cramped but okay. The shower had no curtain, though, so we had to mop up the water carefully after showering. With a curtain, I'd give it five stars.

The only good thing was that restaurant "Barisa" was just 50 meters away. The owner speaks excellent German and is very helpful, and the beer there is the cheapest in all of Croatia at 17 kuna. The room was about 12 square meters, with no air conditioning. When I asked, I was given a shaky fan for €2 a day, which I didn't pay. The balcony had a tiny table with a cut-up plastic tablecloth. There were no towels or toiletries, and the TV was broken. The refrigerator was at least 30 years old, had no handle, and was down in the basement. Someone stole three liters of orange juice and three ice packs from it.
