Drazen zitco was incredibly helpful when my friend’s daughter became unwell. He drove us to a nearby doctor, stayed with us at the clinic, and brought us home afterward. The apartment itself was great and in a superb location. I’d love to return to Podgora just to stay here again.

The accommodation was quite decent, and the location was great. It’s on the upper floor, though, and the stairs are a little narrow.

The room’s supposed view was the biggest letdown. There was no balcony, sun, air, or privacy, just a view straight onto the neighboring house’s wall a few metres away, instead of the mountain view or anything pleasant that was described. We booked based on the photos and listing, which promised a modern, clean, comfortable apartment with a view. What we found was the opposite. The bathroom had an unpleasant musty smell and seemed close to a sewage condition. The sheets and towels looked as if they’d already been used. The staff didn’t seem interested when we raised concerns, just shrugged and said, “That’s what you get.” The owners were extremely rude and unprofessional. When we said the accommodation didn’t match its description and asked for a refund, they mocked us and refused to take responsibility. They offered no alternative, solution, or apology, only a cold “If you don’t like it, you can go.” The whole experience cost us financially and emotionally, and ruined our vacation. Booking should review this listing because it feels like deception. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
