Pansion Martin

We had a dream holiday and will definitely return. We spent seven nights here as a family, and everything was perfect. The sea was amazing, with crystal clear water, and sunbeds and umbrellas came with the hotel price. We booked breakfast, though there are plenty of restaurants around. Still, the best food is definitely from Pension Martin’s kitchen, so I’d recommend booking half-board. The hotel towels were very soft and smelled lovely.

The rooms are cleaned every day, the beds are comfortable, and the view over the ocean is beautiful. We loved the delicious food and how nice and helpful all the staff were. You can rent a SUP board for only 10€, which was great, and there are free sunbeds plus an ice cream stand by the beach. I’d recommend staying here.

We felt very welcome during our stay, thanks to the exceptional staff. It’s a quiet little hotel, and the rooms were exactly as advertised and very clean. You can see the sea from the restaurant and the room terrace.

The family running this hotel couldn’t be more helpful, and it’s in a superb location. Our ground-floor room was quite basic and very small, with no balcony. It had no fridge, the WiFi was poor, and only one TV channel worked. The hotel has its own clean stretch of beach, with plenty of loungers and large parasols, and the water is beautifully clear. It’s a typical Adriatic gravel beach, though, with rocks to negotiate on the way in, so beach shoes are a good idea. Breakfast was Mediterranean and continental style, and they made lovely fresh fried or scrambled eggs every day. We didn’t eat at the restaurant in the evening, but it looked very good. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby, including Cibus for excellent fish and steak, about five minutes’ walk along the beach. Parking out front fits around six guest cars, so getting a space could be a bit of a lottery, though there are also a few roadside spots.
