Everything is close by, including a market, pizzeria, and bus stop. The rooms have air conditioning, and you can pay extra for a lovely view. I’d recommend staying here.

We had such a good time here. The host was lovely, and the rooms were clean and excellent. It was an easy place to park, with a short walk to the beach and bars. We also found the bus ride into Split's Riva and back in the evening simple. We really recommend the stay. Thanks, Ives.

Ives was a really friendly, helpful host, and there was free parking. Our room was clean and nice, with a beautiful sea view. The accommodation is close to the beach, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We could walk to everything we needed, and the manager was super friendly. The room was modern and clean, with good air conditioning. It was very close to swimming beaches. Some rooms have ocean views; ours had a slightly obstructed view of the sea. Our car had an ocean view from where it was parked outside.

Ives greeted us warmly and showed us around the apartment. It was quiet, very clean, and had a nice sea view, with the water just a two-minute walk away. The air conditioning kept the temperature how we liked it. We were really happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this place.
