The house is warm and heated, and the neighborhood is quiet. It has clean, nice sheets and towels, detergent and dishwasher tablets, and some kitchen seasonings. There are two fridges, one in the kitchen and another in the game room. It has four showers and five toilets, with two on each of the ground and second floors, and the fifth in the grill room. The house is split down the middle. One ground-floor side has the kitchen and living room, while the other has the game room. Upstairs are the bedrooms, which you can reach from either side via the terrace or through the main entrance. The pool table and cues aren't the best, but they can be replaced.

The owners, Damir included, were kind and hospitable, and always ready to make our stay nicer. Thanks for everything, Damir! Our remote team spent a week coworking and coliving at this wonderful family-run villa in Zadar in March 2023, and we had a great time. There are six rooms, a spacious living room and a big patio with plenty of places to sit, work and eat. We also had a sauna, whirlpool, pool table and foosball table, so the house had everything we could have wanted.

We stayed at Spirini Dvori with nine friends in June 2023, and everything was better than expected. Great hosts, a swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ area, plus A/C and six bedrooms. It's 15 minutes from Zadar and Nin. Large supermarkets are in Thomas places.
