This family-run place has a really nice, homey feel. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the owners were friendly. It’s in a great spot, just half a minute from the sea pier (marine). Mr Zajko Feric was especially friendly and gave us tips on almost everything, from help renting a car to the best beach, pizza, ice cream, and more. We rented the whole willa for a week, and I checked every room. Each one had a Mitsubishi air-condition. The house has a very unique design, and we especially liked the Grand Suite. We’ll be back!

The owner was so friendly, and the apartments are beautifully decorated. Porec is lovely! It's also an easy walk to the centre.

The hosts are so kind and thoughtful about the little details, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the great coffee. Thanks for a really pleasant stay, and keep it up! 😁🌈🍀

We paid a lot for a room that felt disgusting, and we would never return. The bathroom had hair everywhere, the floor was dirty, and the air conditioner smelled awful. We had booked a beautiful apartment with a fireplace in the living room, a nice kitchen, and a bedroom, but were given a completely different, tiny room with only a small couch. They said Booking.com had used the wrong photos. After many phone calls, we got 15% of the price back, which was hardly anything. They blamed the son, even though they knew exactly what we were complaining about.
