The front desk man was really nice and eager to help, and the man in charge apologized for the cleaning lady’s mistakes. She was the only one who caused trouble, so that’s the reason I’m giving two stars. We got to our mobile home on Monday and could move in right away, but the cleaning gear was still left outside it. At the infinity pool we could only get two loungers, and weren’t allowed to lie on the ground, so half of us went to the sea. That evening, music from the other hotel kept us awake until midnight. The hot tub was let out at 8:30, even though we were leaving at 10 and wanted to use it beforehand.

The covered terrace was a favorite spot for relaxing, and the mobile home was well furnished and kept up. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Fresh linens and towels were provided regularly. We could walk straight to our own beach access, which made it easy to enjoy the sea, sunshine, and rocks whenever we wanted. The Deluxe Vista Mare home was comfortable and had everything we needed. From there, the sea views were uninterrupted, with Poreč visible in the distance, and Boutique Camp Materada Beach made for a wonderful, restful holiday. Highly recommended.

For me, with my family of four and our dog, this is the best place around Porec. I’ve already stayed twice and am planning another visit this year, though prices have jumped about 30 percent since last year. It seems the whole region has gone up. The houses are comfortable, air conditioned, and close to the sea. The beach isn’t the best, but there’s a nice seawater pool on it. My first time, I found the place while browsing around on site without a plan, and it turned out to be a great deal.

The staff at reception, housekeeping, gardening, and the pool were all friendly and service minded. There are only 70 mobile homes and safari clamping ⛺️ tents, so this is a small site with a nice family feel. The facilities cover what you need, and the sanitary areas were very clean. The Infinity pool is marvelous, filled with seawater that’s constantly refreshed. The restaurant at Boutique Camp Materada sits right by the beach and has a beautiful sunset view 🌅, though prices felt a little high for Croatia.

The people at reception were friendly, and they tried to work out a solution with me when I had a payment problem. Just watch the exchange rate: if you book in euros, they charge in kunas using their own rate, which can leave you paying about €100 more. We did find a solution in the end. The camp is very clean and right on the beach, with two pools, one regular and one seawater, so it’s nice for young kids. But towels were only changed every three days, halfway through our stay and then on the last day. We had to empty the mobile home’s trash ourselves, with no one telling us until we asked at reception. There were a few toilet paper rolls to start with, but once we ran out, we had to buy more or ask for some. I bought it myself.
